Newcastle and Lake Macquarie weddings
Newcastle is a short drive from our home in the Hunter Valley, and we shoot weddings here all year: on the beach at Merewether, in the city's old buildings, around the harbour and on the shores of Lake Macquarie.
We know the venues well. We've photographed and filmed weddings at Merewether Surfhouse, King Edward Park, Fort Scratchley, Newcastle Ocean Baths, Customs House Hotel, Noah’s on the Beach, Caves Coastal and Lake Macquarie Yacht Club.

Where do you shoot around Newcastle?
Everywhere from Newcastle's beaches, city and harbour to Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the coast down to Caves Beach. We're based in the Hunter Valley, close by.
Where are the best photo spots in Newcastle?
It depends on the light and the tide. Merewether and the Ocean Baths, King Edward Park and the Bathers Way cliffs, Fort Scratchley and the harbour are favourites. We plan your photos around your venue, your timeline and the weather.
Can we book photography and video together?
Yes. Our photo + film collections start at $4,999, and one team covers both, so the photos and the film tell the same story.
How far ahead should we book?
Most couples book us 9–18 months ahead. Spring and autumn Saturdays go first, so check your date as soon as you have a venue.
