About Greystone Estate
Greystone Estate is a luxury, exclusive-use venue on 10 private acres on Hermitage Road, Pokolbin. When you book, the whole property is yours.
Ceremony and reception
The function centre seats about 125 guests, or up to around 150 cocktail style, and there is an Air Pavilion and an outdoor patio for drinks and smaller dinners. Confirm numbers with the venue.
Staying on site
Fifteen king suites with ensuites and air-conditioning sleep up to 32 guests, which is enough for the wedding party and close family to stay where the wedding happens.
Photo spots we look for
Manicured grounds and private acreage mean no other weddings or tourists in the background, so we can take our time with portraits at golden hour.
