Why we love Ben Ean
Ben Ean is the kind of venue that offers the best of everything: vineyard views, heritage architecture, and wide open skies. As photographers, we’re always spoiled for choice here. The mix of rustic charm and modern updates makes it a versatile space that works for both elegant and relaxed weddings. Some of our favourite moments at Ben Ean happen during sunset, when the vines light up in gold and couples get to steal a few quiet moments together. It’s a venue that really shows off the heart of the Hunter Valley.
About Ben Ean
Ben Ean sits on McDonalds Road in Pokolbin, in the middle of Hunter Valley wine country. It mixes heritage buildings, gardens and vineyard views, with spaces that scale from an intimate terrace dinner to a big courtyard party.

The fig tree gives even, dappled shade for ceremonies in the middle of the day. The heritage courtyard walls give texture for family photos, and the vineyards are right there for golden hour.
