About Green Point
Green Point Foreshore Reserve is a lakeside reserve at Belmont, on Lake Macquarie, with walking tracks, lookouts and a public jetty.
Booking a ceremony
Lake Macquarie City Council takes online applications for ceremonies in its parks, for weddings without catering, alcohol or large structures and under 100 guests. Bigger or commercial events need an event licence. Confirm with the council’s events team that this reserve suits your ceremony. Dogs aren’t allowed in the reserve.
Photo spots we look for
The jetty and the still lake at sunset, and the bush tracks for soft, shaded portraits.
