The hour before sunset gives soft, warm, flattering light. Plan your couple photos for it, even if it is just fifteen minutes away from your guests.
A short list
Group photos go fastest straight after the ceremony, while everyone is together. Keep the list to around ten combinations, and ask a family member who knows everyone to round people up.
