Your ceremony time

Start from your ceremony time. Work back to getting ready, and forward through photos, canapés, dinner, speeches and the dance floor.

Buffers and travel

The secret is buffers. Add the travel time between places, and a little extra before every move. A day with buffers feels relaxed, even when something runs late.
