On the day, your only job is to be there. Here is how to hand everything else over.

Choose one person to run the day. A coordinator, or a calm and trusted friend. Not you, and ideally not your parents, who deserve to enjoy it too.

Give them the run sheet: your timeline, every supplier's contact, and who to call if something changes.
