Set on the shores of Fullerton Cove, Stanley Park is one of Port Stephens’ most iconic wedding venues. The heritage homestead, sprawling fig trees, and waterfront views create endless opportunities for storytelling. We love capturing couples here because every backdrop — from the rustic stables to the dramatic coastline — feels cinematic, timeless, and full of heart.
About Stanley Park
Stanley Park is a grand waterfront estate dating from 1897, on Fullerton Cove Road in Port Stephens, about 20 minutes from Newcastle. It pairs an eight-bedroom Victorian homestead with a barn for the reception.
Ceremony and reception
Ceremonies are held under a large fig tree. The barn hosts receptions, with listings giving numbers from around 130 up to 200 guests, and it can be set up the day before. Listings also mention BYO drinks and food trucks, plus off-peak and mid-week rates.
Staying on site
The homestead can be hired for getting ready, with optional accommodation for up to about 15 guests, and there are more places to stay within a few minutes’ drive.
