Venue visits: what to ask

Venue visits are exciting, and it is easy to forget to ask the important things. Here is what to ask.

Fit and wet weather

Ask how many guests fit for the ceremony and for dinner. And ask to see the wet-weather plan in person, not just in a photo. Imagine your day happening there.

Times and suppliers

Ask about the rules. When must music finish? When can suppliers set up and pack down? Do they require you to use certain suppliers?

What's included?

Then ask exactly what the price includes. Staff, furniture, linen, cake service. And whether there is a minimum spend or a minimum number of guests.
