Choosing your season and date

Stage four is the big one: your date and your venue. Let's start with the season.

Each one looks different

Every season looks and feels different. Spring and autumn are mild and the most popular. Summer brings long evenings and heat. Winter has soft light, cosy venues and often the best value.

Sunset sets the schedule

Our photographers will tell you: the time of sunset shapes your whole day, because the best couple photos happen in the hour before it. Your planner shows the sunset time for any date you choose.

Think beyond Saturday

Saturdays in peak season book out first. A Friday or a Sunday gives you far more choice of venue and suppliers, and often better value.
